At Shopora, we want you to feel confident in every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
Unwashed and free of makeup, perfume, stains, or other marks
In their original condition and packaging
Returned with any original tags attached

How to Start a Return

Please contact our customer support team before sending anything back. Include your order number and a brief reason for your return.

Once your return request is approved, we'll provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size, or simply deciding the item isn't for you, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If the issue is confirmed, Shopora will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or an item arrived damaged or defective.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because our products come from different suppliers, sizing may vary between styles. Please carefully review the size chart provided on each product page before placing your order.

If you're between sizes, we recommend reviewing the measurements listed for the specific item rather than relying solely on your usual size.
